Capital Oil and Gas Industries (COG) combines advanced fabrication infrastructure, certified manufacturing systems, and strong in-house engineering expertise to deliver reliable solutions for the oil and gas and industrial sectors.
Our 33,710 sq. ft. facility is designed to support a complete fabrication workflow, including 2,500 sq. ft. for cutting, rolling, and bending, 26,808 sq. ft. of ASME-certified fabrication area, 2,200 sq. ft. for blasting and painting, and 2,200 sq. ft. for storage. With an annual average steel fabrication capacity of approximately 2,000 tons, COG is equipped to handle a wide range of project requirements efficiently and accurately.
COG’s in-house Engineering Innovation Centre strengthens our technical capability through design development, stress analysis, and advanced engineering support. Our team uses industry-leading software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor Nastran to create optimized, precise, and standards-compliant solutions.
As part of our commitment to Industry 4.0, robotic welding is a key area of focus, helping us improve productivity, consistency, and weld quality across fabrication processes.
Our facility is capable of steel and aluminium tank fabrication and is certified for ASME U and R Stamp fabrication. We are also certified to manufacture UL-142 above-ground tanks for flammable and combustible liquids, reinforcing our ability to deliver safe, high-quality, and code-compliant products.
